CASA DE LA PAZ

You like to live in a quiet neighbourhood? Than you have to move to the Casa de la Paz not far away from the center of Montejaque.

The lately restored house is a lovely decorated jewel with two floors and invites to a special comfort. The lower floor has a patio, a bathroom, dining room, a kitchen and a bedroom with a built-in wardrobe. The second floor has two more bedrooms and a living room with TV/SAT.

CORTIJO FUENTE MARCHAL

At the peripheries of Montejaque, surrounded by mountains and nature, the five houses of Fuente Marchal are located. Sufficient parking space can easily be reached by the asphalted drive in.

Each house has a living room with TV and a fireplace, bathroom, kitchen and bedrooms for 4 or 6 persons and can be heated by a central system.

The outer area with a large terrace, garden chairs and three separate barbecues invite you to enjoying the sunset together with the end of the day. For common relaxation you can use the swimming pool with the beautiful garden landscape of the plot.

DOÑA CURRA

The Villa Doña Curra is embedded in peaceful nature between Benaojan and Ronda, close to the Estación La Indiana.

The large, redecorated Villa offers sufficient place for up to 16 persons. The ground floor contains a living- and dining room with fireplace and TV, a kitchen and one bathroom. In the first floor there are 5 bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with massage shower and a balcony.

A central heating system allows a comfortable climate even in cold times.

The numerous terraces allow an excellent all around view to the surroundings.

A few steps beside the Villa, in between pure nature and an alternate garden scenery there is a large 9 x 13 m swimming pool with barbecue place to find relaxation at the end of the day.
